Summary: The Cottage looks so pretty and is fully filled with everything you need! Everything is in very good shape and the interior design is like an old fashioned house at the ocean :) Just right. The Contact to Mr. Cassagne was very nice and uncomplicated! Even that we arrived a day later was no Problem. We had a wonderfull time, thank you. Also the city and shopping mall was just about a max. 10 min. walk! And the Ocean is just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay and will come back :) Greetings from germany. Diana and Sascha

Summary: Wonderful beach house close to the beach. My wife, my son and I had a wonderful holiday. The House is perfect. Its a free standing house with a big terrace with sunbeds, dining table and chairs. The car can be parked on the property behind the gate. The house itself is brand new and totally renovated, nothing is old. Walking distance to the beach is 1 minute and to the centre of Mimizan Plage 5 minutes. The house owner is very friendly and honest. Its the perfect house to stay with the family. The neighbourhood is nice and quite and the neighbours are super friendly! 5* well deserved!
