Family house full of history and charm 30 meters from the beach of La Fosca. The house has 90 m2 with a very spacious living and dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed of 150x190, a bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, two 90x190 beds, a bathroom in addition to an outdoor shower with hot water in your private garden that you can use when you return from the beach, a private garden of 150 m2 with table and chairs for 8 people, sun loungers and barbecue. A garden of 3,500 m2 shared with 12 families with 6 outdoor showers with hot water and 4 bathrooms, a pediment and a ping-pong that can be used freely in the house you will find rackets and balls. It also has a small forest with hammocks, punching bag and basketball baskets.
On the property you can park two cars. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath, you can ask for it in advance and you will have it at home for free. The house is delivered clean and without towels or sheets. You can bring them or rent them. Rental price: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: 1 medium and 1 large: 4 euros. The house must be delivered clean, you can do the final cleaning or request the service that will have an additional cost of 60 euros. Summary: Thank you very much for this wonderful home. With our 2 year old son and the included private backyard with direct access to the beach and outdoor shower had us nearly every day outside. We really are looking forward for another visit.

Summary: The property was everything that we were expecting and more, amazingly equipped and laid out, it felt like home immediately. The area was just beautiful, the beach fantastic, and sooooo close! Camilla was welcoming, informative and very accomadating. Our group booked four of the properties in this complex, and we have all agreed we will be returning next year.

Summary: Camila's houses boast a unique situation: houses with a private garden as well as shared communal spaces across the street from one of the best beaches on the Costa Brava at reasonable prices. The accommodations themselves would need an update but that would probably entail a hike in prices. So, please, keep it all as is!

Summary: The perfect holiday. Very nice apartment with a sepraten garden, beach directly in front of the house. What more do you want. Mrs. Corominas has welcomed us and gave us lots of tips on the past and the shopping. La Fosca is rather a quiet place with restaurants and bars. If you prefer hiking, this is the place to go. Along the coast there are great coves to explore both south and north. For the younger generation, Palamos is only about 1 km away and can be reached by bus. The whole complex, with different apartments, is lovingly decorated with works of art and is maintained by a nice gardener during the day. We will come back in any case.

Summary: It has been our second stay at that great "hacienda like" property. This time we chose to stay in "Villa Carmen". The house/appartment is really big and comfortable if you go there - as we did - e.g. with a family of five. The owners are really friendly and always willing to help out. The three bedrooms a are nice and all of them have access to a cosy balcony. The living room is also big and the kitchen is equipted decently. The garden is a big plus because you have an exclusive access to it and you still have the possibility to also use the big common garden with plenty of space as well. However, above all is the fact that the beach of La Fosca is not even 30 meters away. So it is easy to e.g. go to the beach in the mornings, then make a nice "Siesta" and go back for the afternoon and enjoy the sea and maybe one of the chiringuitos around. We and our kids would love to come back sometime!

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday in Casa Carmen. The house is spacious and bright and very tastefully decorated. We have four children under six so it was great to have the private garden but the shared garden was an added bonus. It is very safe and great for them to roam around in and explore. The whole space has been very carefully designed and although there are other houses on the property, each house or apartment is very private.The location is just on the beach and what a beach! The water is crystal clear and does not get too deep too soon so perfect for kids. Camilla and her staff were a pleasure to deal with. This property delivers exactly what it says and more!
