Small house on two floors with stunning views, terraces and garden. View of God's plan (sunset) and the Dentelles, kitchen / living room of 40m2 with panoramic views. Two bedrooms on terrace. low terrace with pergola and high terrace under courtyard with magnificent views overlooking the kitchen / living room. terraced garden above the house. Excellent comfort and equipment: fitted kitchen with convection oven, extremely quiet dishwasher, induction plates, all the kitchen equipment, crockery, fridge and freezer etc. Separate toilet with washing machine. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and 2nd toilet. Master bedroom with views of both sides and bed 160x200. children's room with two bunk bed and single bed In the living room, large table and chairs, and very comfortable sofa bed. Wifi available throughout the house. Indoor garage in the DRC. Excellent insulation makes the house cool in summer, comfortable and perfectly off season (underfloor heating). Added new house next to a 19th century farm house, full of charm, exceptional site. Very close to the village of Séguret, in a very quiet neighborhood, near a hiking trail and close to the forest. Possibility of renting in combination with large neighboring house (ref 676897). This house is totally independent with its own garden.
The main terrace overlooks the kitchen and wooden, covered partially by a courtyard. A second terrace overlooks the rooms. A small garden is located above, with roses, mimosa etc.
The terraces as the house is secure for small children.

Summary: The house is very well equipped, and is a paradise for our child who enjoyed his bedroom and the many toys. It is very cosy and decorated with taste (even more beautiful than you can see on the pictures). Even more beautiful is the terrace with its magnificent view. We have visited Séguret a couple of times before. Not only because it is one of the most beautiful villages in France, but also because of the spectacular view. How fantastic to see this view every second of the day! Even when you are washing your dishes, you can open the window right before you and look at the beautiful surroundings. Never have I been so glad to do the dishes :-) We have had the opportunity to also use the pool and sauna that is part of the bigger house that the owner rents next door. So our vacation couldn’t be any better! I can only recommend this without hesitation. Not only for the house, but its many beautiful villages in the region! (+) view (+) well equipped, cosy and well decorated (+) tidy --> thanks to the very charming mother of the owner (+) communication --> thanks to the owner and mr. Rancelot! (-) many stairs (-) no barbecue
