OCEAN district, Ideal location for this villa for 8/9 people, ideally three couples of parents and their children.
Large wooden terrace with sunbeds, heated pool (April to September) with electric cover flap for added security. Beach and hiking trails in front, shops right out (bakery, newsagent, supermarket, pharmacy, clothing and souvenir shops, numerous restaurants) placed car, all the holidays are going on foot ... or by bike for pleasure!
Garden level with separate bedroom with en suite bathroom, ideal for a couple and two children. The 1st level overlooks the terrace and pool.
Above, main entrance overlooking a fully equipped kitchen, a bar, a reading lounge, a dining room and a living room so that everyone can find his little den. Next, bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and two bedrooms. The first room is suitable for a couple (bed 160) and the second for a couple also with young children or for teenagers (bed in mezzanine and sofa bed).
The living room and bedrooms all have a TV.
The main level opens onto a second terrace serving the meals with large parasol, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.

Summary: Great house, fully equiped with a very nice and convenient pool in mainstreet. Always a place in the sun. Perfectly working wifi! Beach very close and great for dog walks.

Summary: We (family from Northern Germany) spent so fantastic holidays. We enjoyed the house, the pool, the beach, the pine-tree-way, the nice interior, all the techn. facilities in the kitchen and the sun. We missed nothing - neither my husband and me nor our children and their friends (16-19). The contact to the owner was also very friendly. Thanks for everything!
