Summary: Great place to stay, well equipped accommodation, gorgeous flower filled grounds and one of the best pools I’ve ever used. Super little beach walking distance. Was too hot for us to walk further afield but found a few good restaurants close by. Alex was very quick to replace a broken kettle and helpful when we had a problem with the lock. Would recommend this property.

Summary: We had a lovely holiday here. The villa was well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is within walking distance to the local beach. It was also very quiet, even with other villas occupied close by. The pool is huge and therefore never feels over crowded. Alex was really helpful with all his communications with us. We had a hire car which is essential for your stay here. Ciutadella is not far away and has fabulous restaurants and cafe's. There are also lots of other places especially beaches that are not too far away. Alex made some good recommendations of places to visit and we ate at restaurants he mentioned in his guide book. We will be back!!

Summary: The home is clean and modern with all necessary amenities. And the best part is that it’s a 3 minute walk from an incredibly beautiful beach! Alex, the host, is welcoming and so accommodating. He is proud of his home and of his island. Highly highly recommend!!

Summary: We wanted somewhere peaceful and quiet but close enough to civilisation for food, drinks etc. This place was perfect. All emails from Alex put us at ease and were very relaxed and informative. We were met by Lola who was lovely and gave us a guided tour of the villa. Overall a lovely place to stay, nicely decorated and well equipped. No hesitation in recommending this place. The pool was nice too and a locked gate plus off street parking added to the appeal.

Summary: The apartment was beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable as were the sun loungers for the pretty garden. As we were visiting in April the area was very quiet which suited us perfectly. We enjoyed our walk to Ciutadella for food each evening. It took about 30 minutes from the apartment to the old part of town. There were buses but we like to walk. The island of Menorca is stunning. We walked a number of sections of the coast walk all of which were very well sign posted. Alex has created a lovely apartment and we lacked for nothing. There is a beautiful swimming pool right outside the apartment. We found nearby supermarkets and chose to eat in one evening. We had all of the cooking equipment we needed. Would like to visit again and would happily go back to Alex's apartment. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Cathy and Paul

Summary: We had a great stay! We were family with two girls, age 6 and 8 and the place is great for children! Girls just loved their corner and beds in the gallery! Big community pool just in front of the house, on one side 2 m deep, so you can have quite a good swim. All private houses have smaller pools which is OK for cooling down but not so great if you want to have a proper swim. We were in beginning of July and the pool was not crowded. It was begging to be more crowded by med July. But often we were alone. The house is equiped with everything you need - wasching machine, dish washer, coffee machine... The terace in front of the house is in shade all day long - around 3 pm you have to move the table just a bit in front of the door, so that four persons can sit in the shade, for two is not a problem. Just across the street is small supermarket. We missed fresh bread (but they had several types of toast and Alex has toaster) in this small supermarket, but nevertheless it is great to have small shop across the street. The nearest beach is really nice, smaller, not too crowded. But we went to this beach just couple of times. We explored the island and enyojed the pool. Driving around - Alex gaved few very good tips in his personal guide - I did not see a place which would be more suitable for us that this one. We loved the gesture that tea and coffe capsules beside the coffe machine were waiting for us. Since we travelled light, it was great to be able to have a cup of tea prior driving to the supermarket. We discowered Menorca to be a great island. Great food! We advise to book in good restaurants. So when returning to Menorca, we will definatelly ask Alex if he would be willing to host us :) We strongly recomend.

Summary: A nice apartment, very clean but needs a few upgrades. Rusty sunbeds that don't lay flat so you can't lay on your front. No kettle No shelf in the shower Very poor water pressure (almost a drip!) in the bathroom.
