fully equipped with an opening on the dining room and the living room as well as an office room.

outside swimming pool (8m x 4m) with a wooden terrace (100m²). the whole on a closed and sported ground, without opposite of 600m ². in a charming subdivision near the town and shops.
we also provide 2 bikes.

Summary: We all love this house!! This is our second stay here and all the family had a wonderful holiday. The pool is warm and beautifully clean...we could not get the children out of it!! The house is very generously equipped and spacious inside as well as being on a very private plot, in a quiet neighbourhood. The beautiful sandy Messanges beach is a quick 10 minute cycle ride away and the piste cyclable is only a couple of minutes cycle in the other direction. We had fresh bread and pastries from the nearby bakery every morning and Vieux Boucau with its markets, lake, restaurants and delicious ice creams is only a 15 minute cycle away. Thank you Christophe and Florence....we hope to be back!

A beautiful, perfectly furnished house, a great property in a fantastic location, a beautiful area and last but not least, very helpful, courteous and lovely hosts! We will be happy to come back. Summary: Our family have all loved our two weeks in this beautiful house with plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed its perfect location with an easy cycle ride to the beautiful sandy beach and to the cycle path through the pine forests. We all made the most of the crystal clear swimming pool and secluded outdoor area. The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We were very happy that we were able to hold our booking over the pandemic and it was definitely worth waiting 2 years to come! Thank you Christophe and Florence for a wonderful holiday and we would love to come back!

Summary: Nicely renovated house with all the comforts we could have asked for. Pleasant outdoor environment with pool and greenery. Cosy village with nice bike and walking paths around it and the ocean is just 2 km away. The hosts Florence and Christophe were very hospitable and helpful. We warmly recommend the house! Summary: This was one of the best-appointed holiday homes we ever stayed in and we enjoyed it a lot. Messanges has everything one needs, including a great baker within walking distance and the area is stunningly beautiful. Summary: We would not hesitate to return or recommend this house to friends wanting to visit this region of France. The house was very clean, all beds new and very comfortable, pool immaculate. The Owners responsive to all communications and genuinely seemed to want to ensure all okay. We rent houses regularly and very hard to find one which meets our standards. Well done and thank you Florence and Christophe. Your house was very much appreciated by all.

Summary: The villa is gorgeous with its nice wooden terrace and the pool. The size and the interior design of the bedrooms was perfect for 10 people. The rest if the house was modern and there was nothing missing in the kitchen. The reservation and communication with the owner was easy. The owner was very friendly and helpfull, he also organized a baby's high chair and a bathtub for a 6 month old kid. We spent an awesome week at this location and would definetly come again. Thank you:)

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay here. Really peaceful neighbourhood with some very stylish houses. We biked from the house onto the near by cycle paths through the forest. Messanges beach is around 2 miles away. It is a fantastic beach. Clean soft sand and great waves for surfing. The whole area is lovely. Lakes, beaches, forests and quaint French villages. There are a few local shops in the village and 2 super markets a 5 minute drive in either direction. The owner met us on arrival and departure. A very friendly chap. He showed us around the property and left a few local treats for us too. The house really is great. Very highly recommended.
