Summary: You won’t regret staying here. It’s well maintained and modern with lots of space. It’s in a quiet location but also within walking distance to amenities and restaurants. A short drive to the airport. And the pool and garden are gorgeous. Perfect for friends and family. We’ll be returning!

Summary: With Covid still causing issues we literally didn’t know if we would get there until 10 days before arrival. Miguel was completely understanding of the predicament and we kept him updated throughout. When we finally arrived we had a fantastic and much need break at Miguel’s lovely Villa. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely pool which we spent many hours cooling off in. Only small addition for consideration would be some poolside plastic glasses or cups. The Villa is literally 7 minutes from the airport but not directly on the flight path so whilst you can fulfil your inner plane spotter it was never an issue to see or hear the odd one in the distance. Generally it was incredibly peaceful. It’s a short walk to the supermarket (we’ll stocked!), a few restaurants and bars etc. There is also a playground nearby. We walked to the beach one day…… took approx. 30 minutes with 2 slow walking children who moaned the whole way (say no more). Whilst the walk is possible, a taxi would definitely have been easier! Taxi’s were interesting….. and quite hard to come by. There is a taxi rank near the supermarket or various numbers you can call. If you are lucky they might even turn up! We managed to get where we needed to go eventually. If/when we return we will look to hire a car as it will make getting around a lot easier. On our last day we needed to vacate by 11am so we went to the White Island Resort and Spa and got day passes (all inclusive). This worked really well as they held our luggage and we booked a courtesy shower room so we can get ready for the airport. Overall we had a wonderful week and will definitely head back there in the future! Thank you Miguel!

Summary: I'm not sure what Miguel(the owner) has been upto during Spanish covid lockdown but judging by the immaculate, clean state of the villa when we arrived I would assume he has spent part of the time maintaining his beautiful property. As arranged ,we were met by Miguel, (a pleasant relaxed character) at the property and were shown all workings & amenities ,we are wracking our brains to think of something this villa did not have and we are struggling, it had every possible item you would have at home plus more! Situated in a nice quiet area but only a quick 5/10 minute walk into Sant jordi for bars&restaurants or taxis/busses into ibiza town or any other parts of the island. Believe me , I have travelled widely and this villa with it,s amenities & cleanliness ranks right up there with the best. Just to add, we were 3 couples plus a 1year old, Miguel kindly sorted out a cot & highchair for us at no cost.

Summary: What a wonderful property. The location was excellent ans was either a short bus or taxi ride in to Ibiza town. We took full advantage of the pool and had used the barbecue for quickeveninf meals whilst drying off. Miguel is a very friendly and helpful owner. Many thanks

Summary: When my friends and I first saw the villa on the pictures of this website, we emediatelly liked the villa. When we arrived at the villa, the villa even seemed better than on the pictures! It's such a beautiful place on a perfect location! And don't forget the nice owner of the place Miguel! He welcomed us with prosecco and wantend to help us with everything we asked of him. If I'll ever go back to Ibiza, I"ll definetelly book this villa again!

Summary: The house was as described and looks like in the pictures. Everything is new and very clean. We were 6 people and had plenty of space. A supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. If you want to go to the beach you should go by car or taxi. If you have any questions you can ask the owner Miguel any time. He was very caring and tried to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We would stay here again and would recommend it to our family and friends.
