Positive: Metro station has many lines so it is easy to connect to all places. Place was well equipped with all the supplies. Neighborhood was quiet and nice but in short walk there was plenty of shopping & restaurants options availalble.
Summary: we had good time staying in housegreen.

Positive: It is more than a simple house. It has anything you would need (extra points for AC in every room). It is convinent placed (5-7 minutes to an important subway station). I really recommend it.

Positive: Small place but well kept. Everything is in working order and good for 3 persons.
Negative: The toilet was the coldest room in the place. Location to the nearest train station is an 8 minute walk.

Positive: They’ve provided all the facilities we needed. The shower was amazing. Close to train station, about 10 minutes walk.
Negative: Address didn’t appear on google map. Has to rely on instructions they’ve provided. It was straightforward to follow though.

Positive: Very responsive host. She let us know there are extra blankets available in the closet because the weather was unexpectedly cold. There are umbrellas available, which was great because very rainy during our stay. The place is tidy and clean. Excellent shower pressure and water temperature heated up fast. The only issue was not enough places to hang up wet clothing and wet towels for a family of four people when the weather is cold/rainy so couldn’t line-dry outside. A portable rolling rack would greatly benefit this apartment. The space is small and tight but we made it work and it’s nice to have access to microwaves and a fridge. The wifi was fast and the heater worked well (except not as warm in the tatami room). Good amenities, available toothbrush, hair brush, and there are body wash and hair wash in the shower. The first night, we had good sleep. The second night, someone upstairs started making lots of sounds at 22:30 so couldn’t sleep as good, but not the host fault that people aren’t quiet at night and didn’t follow the instruction to be quiet after a certain time. The location is close to two subway stations (both a 12min walk). You can hear some traffic sounds at night, so having ear plugs will help. The key is a keypad so you can check in anytime past 16:00. Overall, good value!
