Positive: Housewithnonails is a very special property managed by wonderful hosts. Jen is extremely welcoming, provides excellent local guidance and cooks an amazing country breakfast as well as a mean flat white coffee. The beds and bedding are the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in. We used this location as our gateway to Hobbiton.

Positive: Loved the house and the architecture. Jen is very open and friendly and provided a great breakfast. The bed was very comfy. Very quiet location, needs a car. Handy for lots of locations though.
Negative: All was good. If you want dinner at a restaurant though, you will need to drive somewhere.
