Summary: Came to Houston for a baseball tournament and this home was spacious and conveniently 20 minutes from The Diamonds at Daily Park. Pool heated up quickly, the outside had a nice area to sit. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Neighborhood was friendly, safe, and quiet. Has a great park within a two minute walk that has swings and such. Would rent again.

Summary: The weekend of May 4-7 me and 8 other adults stayed at the Rosenberg property. Pros: The house was nice and modern. It suited the event of my 30 year wedding anniversary and renewal ceremony. We had about 10 guests attend and 8 adults stay at the house. The parking was nice, the pool/spa was nice and the bedrooms were clean. The Wi-Fi was good. The air conditioning was great. There was odd and end cook wear. Windows were nice. The master bedroom was huge. The owners were good about controlling the pool and spa via text/phone to turn up the heat. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Cons: The back and front lawn weren’t cut and were overgrown. I had to pay an extra $55 to have lawn service. And there were rocks and grass everywhere and in the pool. The garage was locked and there was only a small trash can outside and we had leave bags in the driveway. For 4 days that was not cleanly for such a nice house. The house did lack basic things like a broom and mop. Only had a swiffer. There was no can opener. There was also food and alcohol left in the pantry from previous stay. There was only one set of towels per bedroom. We moved the couches and it was filthy underneath. We had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. And there are rules that weren’t posted about the pool. You can’t have the fire pits on. Lots of locked doors. Would stay again. Just with less guests.
