Summary: Though the hotel states that the room was smoke free the place had a faint ashtray smell. The water had a great temp and water pressure for a great shower. The tv only provided non cable channels. The bed was perfectly comfortable, firm and flat. The noise level was not a problem even though it is located to a busy street. The breakfast was fine with cold cereal, a waffle maker and some fruits.

Summary: First room (220) toilet wasn’t flushed or working - bed spread had what appeared to be mold let front desk know Moved is to room (219) Was ok but shower had what looked like hair sticking out of shower handle plate and hair dryer had hair on did look like it has been cleaned in a while reported to front desk with pictures- thought they would clean the next day but was still dirty and floor had not been vacuumed Dirty hotel and the manager apparently didn’t care as front desk was shown pic and and would let manager know - as he was relieving her - no call or acknowledgement of situation

Summary: The staff was courteous and welcoming. My room was fine, but the coffee maker was missing. The continental breakfast was very underwhelming.

Summary: It was clear there were residents with "extended stays" that created quite a bit of noise, day and night. The guests had large dogs off leash and made me feel slightly uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to not put normal guests near the ones who reside there.
