Summary: The room was clean, the staff is very friendly, the shower nice and hot. The bed is hard was my only issue.

Summary: The rooms were not bad. The parking lot was well lit, but I was not prepared for the charge of an extra hundred dollars when I got to the hotel after I asked the manager when he asked me the card for incidentals. Was there a deposit to the room he said no because I had paid full price on hotels.com Then the next day I looked at my bank statement and see that they had charged me an extra hundred dollars I talked to the manager. He said he would refund the money but it takes 5 to 6 business days. This would’ve been OK. It had if I had been informed from the beginning but when you make a trip with a limited budget is very hard to wait 5 to 6 business days for a refund if it’s a standard practice, then inform people such not surprise them when they get there that’s very frustrating. Everything falls and rises on communication. If you don’t communicate with your staff with your procedures, then don’t surprise your customers. I was told one thing by one manager, and one thing by another manager a problem that proper communication would have taken care of instead of leading people customers feel frustrated

Summary: my friend and I went for a baby shower and needed to find a place to stay for the night. We chose them because the price was not bad for one night.. and we split it between us both. The were good two full size beds , comfortable beds, bathroom nice size , everything was clean; the heater worked good.. they had continental breakfast.. cereal, bread , muffins, coffee, yogurt, juice , & fruits.. it was good to get us through lunch... We didn't use any of the other amenities because we were only there one night.. over all very good.

Summary: Everything was fine. Cleaner than most other places. The only suggestion I have would be to clean the shower/ tub fixtures (faucet, drain plates, handles ,and bar above the soap

Summary: It’s always a problem with this hotel. It’s either the tub and stuffed up or you get cold water and no hot water. This is my second time staying there.
