Summary: The overall stay was good. Front desk staff needs to work on communicating better. I had several different people call to either confirm my stay, after i was alreadh checked in, or to confirm the pet fee which had already been taken care of at the time of check in. Otherwise, it was great! Staff was very friendly.

Summary: Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Room was spacious. Bathroom compact. Nice balcony with screen door. Only complaint is constant humming of rooftop exhaust fan. Would recommend asking for upper level floors.

Summary: It was a great long weekend get away. Rooms very clean. Pool/ hot tub area always well stocked with towels and very clean. Only complaint was first night getting a call that we didn’t pay and we needed to make it right at that exact moment or leave. We received call at 12:30 am we went down girls error when checking us in then to find out Jadon who woke us never checked us in either. But morning manager took care of everything. She’s outstandng

Summary: Well maintained property in the heart of OC boardwalk! We came for Springfest and perfect location to walk the boardwalk and enjoy sights and sounds! Had oceanfront room, utilized hot tub, deep tub in room for a bubble bath and pet friendly! Thank you for great stay and welcoming our fur baby!

Summary: This place was incredibly clean, it is right on the boardwalk, the people were always super friendly, and the view, even from the partial view was awesome!

Summary: Hotel staff were very friendly. Maids checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. I was on the 7th floor it looked clean but smelled of animal urine.
