Summary: The house and grounds are beautiful. They reminded us of a fine English country house. Sarah and Ryan are ideal B&B hosts; friendly but not intrusive. Cold wine, beer and soft drinks were available in for guests to help themselves, as well as tea and coffee. We were attracted to the Howarth Suite with its whirlpool tub, and were not disappointed. It was large, full of beautiful and interesting things (as was the rest of the house), and the tub was easily big enough for two and worked very well. A very filling breakfast was served elegantly in a lovely room and included eggs freshly sourced from the property. They haven't been doing this for many years, but they certainly are doing it right!

Summary: My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying overnight at this charming bed and breakfast, and it was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated—every detail added to its warm and inviting atmosphere. All the amenities and accommodations were top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel extra special. The highlight, though, was the homemade breakfast. Made from scratch, it was absolutely delicious—fresh, hearty, and clearly made with love. It was the perfect start to our day and truly set this B&B apart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Summary: Clean, comfy and quiet. Awesome folks running the B&B, we plan on going back when returning to Massachusetts again. They also helped us when we needed assistance with my fathers 90th birthday party. Thank you for a great experience .

Summary: Cute and quiet little house right off a main area. Comfortable and clean environment with a welcoming staff. Check in was a little different with a self check in method but was quick and simple! Breakfast was cute and intimate with fresh eggs and a well presented plate served with a smile. Overall we have had a great night and will def be returning!

Summary: Lovely, quaint bed and breakfast. The hosts were wonderful and friendly. Beautiful room with excellent bed. The jetted tub was great too! Would definitely recommend. Just off the Fitchburg State University Campus and a short drive from the John Adam’s Homestead.

Summary: A perfect oasis right in the middle of Fitchburg State College. I am from this area originally and didn't know anything this beautiful existed. Ryan and Sarah are amazing hosts and the place is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend this and I plan on coming again soon!
