Positive: Very kind staff, small but reasonably sized rooms, simple but appropriate bathroom. Had a crib and baby bath available which was a huge help.

Positive: Amazingly nice hot spring hotel, with both private ensuite bathtub with thermal water and big common hot springs facilities open both to the hotel guests and outside people. Amazing breakfast, nice people at the reception. We got the bungalow room, it was big and comfortable.

Positive: The spa was nice to have, the room was large and the beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly.

Negative: Strangely, there was no hot water for a shower. We had to go to the spa for one. Also, everything was served cold at breakfast despite there being hot plates (this might be normal be we haven't experienced it elsewhere on the trip) some of the items run out but staff were more concerned about feeding themselves than filling the empty fresh fruit. Quite disappointing really.
