Positive: Everything about this place feels exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The chef personally checks in during each meal and even comes out to say goodbye, which adds a thoughtful, personal touch. Dinner here isn’t just a meal — it’s a beautifully crafted experience. This is a place worth returning to.

Positive: the best Ryokan and the best dinner/breakfast we had in Japan. The river beside the onsen/room is amazing. They have very few rooms, it seems very cozy and quiet. The public onsen also has both warn and cold water, which is nice and we haven't seen it in other onsens.

Negative: Nothing,we loved the stay and would return of we go back
