3 Bedroom Villa in Kaupulehu, Kailua-Kona

One of the largest floor plans of any villa at Hualalai, this spacious and centrally located 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is ideal for your Hawaii getaway. Extra bedding available with a "bonus" living room on the first level. The down-stairs suite opens to a large lanai and beautiful grass lawn to give this property the feeling of a private home.
Upstairs, enjoy magnificent Big Island sunsets from another terrace - just off the 'Great' Room. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a back barbecue deck and pantry. Enjoy two golf carts that provide easy access to all resort amenities - from the Four Seasons Hotel to the Hualalai Sports Club and Spa, and from the Hualalai Golf Club to the 'Trading Company'. And, in addition to the 5 swimming pools at the Four Seasons, the Waiulu Community pool sits just opposite the villa - convenient for a late afternoon swim.
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Lower Level) Primary - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, outdoor shower, Lanai.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - King Bed, TV, Hallway bathroom with shower, Lanai.
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) - Two Twin Beds, TV, Hallway bathroom with shower/bathtub combo, Lanai.
Resort Dining:
Visit the Oceanfront Resident's Beach House, a favorite among homeowners and resort guests (try the 'Big Daddy' Mai Tai and Garlic Fries). Or try the popular Beach Tree Restaurant, on the beachfront at the Four Seasons. The Hualalai Grille at the golf clubhouse is a casual spot for a quick, light supper and Ulu remains one Hawaii Island's best seafood restaurants. Room service is available for pick up at the hotel's front entry and all restaurants will prepare 'meals to go' for golf cart pick up - very convenient!
Hualalai Club Concierge:
The Hualalai Club Concierge is on-site daily to provide residential guests with a variety of services. Restaurant reservations, tee-times, spa appointments, travel arrangements and business services are a phone call a way. Or feel free to stop in for a personal touch. You will be a registered guests of the resort with excellent support from a well trained, dedicated staff.
Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Summary: This was our first time renting a condo at Hualalai (we usually stay at the Four Seasons) and it absolutely made this vacation the best one ever. The condo is beautiful, very large, fabulous views, great layout, with a well-stocked kitchen and everything you need to be completely comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the linens are good quality, the decor is very pleasing. They obviously put a lot of thought into making this a special rental. We will be back, hopefully over and over again!

Summary: I have stayed many times at the Four Seasons Hualalai, but have never stayed in a house at the Hualalai resort. As soon as we settled in, I felt like I had won the lottery with this property. Sunset views from the deck were incredible. The layout of the house was perfect for my family. The amenities to include the kitchen, gas grill, appliances, electronics, utensils and cookware, and toiletries are all top notch. We all loved the golfcarts for sunset drives. Mark, the property manager was also great and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back for another stay.
