Summary: Everything we expected and more. Exterior and gathering spaces better than in pics. Reviews were accurate, spacious and comfortable house. Cute quirky cabin-like, nothing too fancy. All the bed mattresses were very comfortable. Great location, great communication.

Summary: The house was a great fit for our large family gathering. Lots of room and the back patio was fabulous! There was a little traffic noise for the large front bedroom, but it was tolerable. Also, having an RV park next door worked well for us with a couple people arriving by RV.

Summary: Great location for a large multi family gathering. The host was caring and very responsive. The house is a little quirky, but that just added to the fun. Plenty to do for the adults and kids. Close to Bryce and Zion along with other local hiking trails and activities.

Summary: The house is fully equipped for families with or without kids. Gordon is a great host. Very attentive. Nice personality. There is a natural water stream behind the house that is relaxing. We also soaked into the Jacuzzi after the hiking days.

Summary: We stayed with six families at this house and had a blast. It was so big it seemed to just keep going and going. The pictures made the common areas look smaller than they actually are. It sits on a property with a river in the back yard and they have a very nice gas fire pit we loved hanging around at. The pool and hot tub are across the street at the Best Western. All the towels and sheets/blankets are laundered at the best western so they seemed very well taken care of. In addition to the three beds in the multi purpose room, there is a pull out couch with two other pull out couches other places in the home. They also have three single roll away beds and a queen size mattress in the master bedroom closet that can be used. The ping pong and foosball tables were in constant use! We loved it! Lots of quirks in the house that just made it more endearing!
