This is a HUGE 7 bedroom, 4 bath house that hosts up to 14 guests. Great location walking distance to Ohio State campus (only 5 blocks away) and near tons of great places to eat and socialize.
Living room and dining room on main level. 2nd floor w/ 3 bedrooms, 3rd floor w/ 2 bedrooms, and finished basement w/ another living room + 2 more bedrooms. Queen beds in all bedrooms. The lower living room has a Futon with Full Queen mattress for extra rooms to spread out. Full baths on each level.
There are 2 UHD 4K Roku TVs, one in each main living space.
There is parking for 4-5 cars in back, along with a private deck for relaxing.

Summary: This house was perfect for our team. We had plenty of rooms for all our athletes and very close to our sporting events. Check-in and check out was super easy. Loved that we had plenty of towels for showers.

Summary: This rental house is wonderful! We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from OSU. Very clean and perfect layout for our family. Easy 20 minute walk to campus and to the stadium. The host was quick to communicate with me and answered my questions. Highly recommend!!

Summary: The home is a nice size for a large group of people and he description is accurate. One bath on each of the 4 levels. Was the perfect place for my family to gather for graduation weekend. Clean and spacious.

Summary: Our group was there for a women's softball tournament and the property fit all of us perfectly. Everyone had their own privacy as well as 4 bathrooms with showers at minimum made it super easy for all of these ladies (2 gentlemen) to be able to get ready. The home is up to date and beautiful. Ample parking and just a great place all the way around. We will stay there every time that we are in that area to play ball. Thank you!!
