Huge living room, one big sleeping room (king size bed), two smaller sleeping rooms (on double and one single bed) in the rear, with induvidual bathrooms each, sofa in the seperate tv-room can be used as extra bed. Comfortable for maximum four persones. Good connection to the airport, 15 minutes to the center of Miraflores (direct buses) or San Isidro, near to Metroliner-Station; writing desk, two smart tv, high speed internet, free phone for national calls, washing machine, tumbler etc.; we have a cconcierge, Benito, do not hesitate to ask anytime You need his help or advice. Giovanna, who does the cleaning, can also help You out with information about Lima; if You wish, Giovanna can do the cleaning during Your sojourn for an extra charge (18 $ per day), she is also a great cook for peruvian food. We want You to feel at home in our home that we use ourselfes when we are in Lima.

Summary: Beautiful home with great views. Had a very nice time in Lima and my wife felt at ease walking to the market square on her own. The security of the building and the neighborhood made for a very happy vacation. The accommodations made us feel very much at home and comfortable. Thanks for the stay Alex. Summary: Apartment is exceptionally well fitted, more so that any of the apartments that my wife and I have rented in Lima during the last 9 years. The kitchen has plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware and the furnishings are all very good quality. The apartment is on the 6th floor with views over Lima bay and the area doesn't suffer as much as Miraflores and Barranco with the mist and fog - It was generally warmer on most days. One thing to note is that there isn't currently a 24 hour concierge, but somebody is present during the day. This wasn't an issue for us. A couple of things need to be pointed out that are not within the control of the owner. * Firstly, there are a lot of street dogs in this area, so you do have to accept a fair amount of dog noise and mess. * Secondly, there can be an incredible amount of noise from the beach in late evenings and during the night. There is a disco on the beach and a group of cars would assemble at least every other night and play really loud music. This happened 3 or 4 times each week and often continued to way past 3am and sometimes onto 6am. We contacted the police (not interested) and Serenazgo (Chorrillos local security), who always told us that others had reported the noise and that they would deal with it, but then often didn't. These two particular issues are CLEARLY OUTSIDE OF THE CONTROL OF THE OWNER but you do need to be aware of this as it did impact our 3 1/2 week vacation. Cracking apartment, had a great time in the apartment, but sleep deprived due to the night time noise from the beach.
