We are also located 13 minutes away from Massanutten Resort where you can enjoy the water park, ski the slopes or go tubing! Our home is a perfect alternative to enjoying the wonderful year-round resort amenities from what will feel like the privacy of your own home. Everyone in your group whether its family and/or friends will enjoy our huge game room! The game room is in the building behind the main home and is separate from the main home making it perfect for people that want play games but if people want peace and quiet they can just go and enjoy the main home. There is a pool table, air hocky, poker table and chips or a glass top retro style arcade game with 70 plus games included! We also have an amazing 6 stand up arcade games including 2 virtual speed boat and motorcycle seat games! Road Burners and Hydro Thunder! The other arcade games are Mortal Kombat, Golden Tee and NBA Jam. These 3 stand up games also have additional games installed in the software! All games are set to free play, so no coins are necessary. We also have basketballs and hoop along with a cornhole board set and cornhole bags for fun outdoor activities. This home has all the comforts of home from cooking a meal in a fully outfitted kitchen to grilling outside. There are 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers located in the basement for you to utilize. We have super high-speed Wi-Fi at 1200 Mbps so you can work from home or stream your favorite services. We also have central air/ heat pump or if you prefer to open the windows and enjoy the cool country air while unplugging and spending quality time with friends and family. Parking is available for multiple vehicles. There is also a quiet office available for anyone needing a quiet place to work from “home.” We have a fire pit area and free wood to enjoy a nice warm night by the fire. Our sons cut the firewood for guests, and they have a donations box if guests feel like donating to them for their efforts. We also have a wheelchair ramp for anyone that might need it. Summary: When the community member had an accident which interrupted our water supply, we had to evacuate immediately. Mark's house perfectly accommodated us and he was so easy to work with. He was a great communicator and followed through on requests such as installing a ramp in time for our folks to arrive.

Summary: My siblings, cousins, and our children meet halfway between southwest VA and PA for an extended weekend “reunion” annually. This property met all of our needs and exceeded any expectations we may have had! The kitchen and dining area were spacious and accommodated our nightly family dinners with ease. The game room provided endless entertainment for both the kids and adults. SUPER CLEAN! Plenty of space indoor and out! Gazillions of games!! Great outdoor space with fire pit, picnic table & corn hole boards. I could go on forever with all the positives! I can’t think of any downsides to mention. Our host was attentive to detail, went the extra mile to welcome us, but was not overbearing and did not drop in like some owners do! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This property is where we will continue to meet for years to come! ❤️❤️❤️

Summary: This was our second time staying here for a race at the western slopes. It is fantastic location with a great set up for our families. This is a 5 minute drive to the western slopes for mountain biking and a 5 minute drive to the heart of Harrisonburg. We will be booking this again in the future. Mike had great communication and even shipped my daughter’s stuffed animal that we accidentally left.
