5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home in a quiet residential neighborhood for 20 guests (5 king-size beds, 3 memory foam sofa beds, and 4 couches). Jetted tub, free parking (1 covered, 3 driveway), WiFi, watch movies on 11 by 6 foot wall, hotel quality furniture, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, complimentary coffee, washer (free supplies), dryer, memory foam pillows, 400 thread count bed sheets, wood fireplace. Stunning views of the valley and sunsets. 19 minute drive to the airport and 15 minute drive to downtown Salt Lake City.
This is the place for lots of space for your group to stretch out and have privacy in their own bedrooms with king-size beds.
All bathrooms are fully stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash soap, and towels. Three Roku TVs with access to local news, tons of shows, YouTube, tons of movies, kids channel, PBS, as well as movies included with an Amazon Prime membership. One Roku TV projects onto a 11 by 6 foot specially-prepared wall. There are extra blankets available that are super cozy. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space for suitcases and hanging clothes. Each closet has several hangers included.
The space includes a foosball table, BBQ grill, fenced-in backyard, patio, patio table, chairs, and several board games. We are flexible on earlier check in times when no guests have stayed the night before. An ironing board and iron are available. The kitchen also has a few plastic bowls, cups, and silverware for children. The space is huge with over 3,000 square feet, three separate rooms for gathering besides the kitchen, and tons of natural light.
Accessibility: the first floor of the house has a bedroom, ¾ bathroom, and entertainment room that requires no stairs to access. There is a baby gate in the upstairs hallway closet that can be used to block the hallway near the stairs.
Our first guest (Annie 5 stars via Airbnb) said: “We do a lot of traveling and stay in a lot of temporary rental places, and this was by far our very very best experience.”
The house has sleeping arrangements, towels, and eating supplies for 20 guests. There is a $10 per guest nightly fee for each guest above 10 for wear and tear.
The Neighborhood:
The nearest grocery store (Dick's) is 0.5 miles away. Costco and Walmart are five or less miles away. A local favorite place to eat for hamburgers and shakes is Nielsen's Frozen Custard which is less than 2 miles away. Joy Luck Chinese restaurant is another local favorite. A popular local hike is Elephant Rock. Families with children will enjoy the South Davis Recreation Center with indoor pool and water features. The nearby church (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) holds Sunday services starting at 9 am, 11:00 am, and 1 pm.
Bountiful is a great community of 40,000+ residents. There are literally hundreds of restaurants and tons of shopping options nearby. Bountiful is one city of many and is part of a larger metropolitan area that extends for hours north and south. Bountiful is a great place to stay to have a quiet nights rest and is close to everything by car, airport (19 minutes), opera (15 minutes), Salt Palace Convention Center (19 minutes), live theater, professional sports stadium (16 minutes), movie theaters, conference centers, Lagoon (amusement park - 17 minutes), and downtown Ogden (30 minutes). The home is a 10 minute drive away from the Bountiful Temple.

Other Notes:
Check in time during school breaks (holidays and summer Davis School District in Utah) is 5 pm.
Loud parties are not permitted at my property. I will not tolerate nor will my neighbors tolerate loud events that disturb the peace and activities that do not fit in with a quiet residential neighborhood.
The covered parking is the only shared area of the house. Your rental includes one covered parking spot and three driveway spots. Cars will be parked one behind the other. From April to October there is also plenty of free on-street parking in front of the house. There is a small chance of noise that would come from under the floor in the closet and bathroom in the master bedroom if the apartment is occupied and the occupants are really noisy.
During the winter months (November - March) no one may park on the street. After it snows my cleaning crew may open the garage to access the snow removal supplies and clean the snow off of the outside driveway and sidewalks.
ESA (emotional support animals) are of course always welcome. Just like any group you would be responsible for any extra cleaning required. As I do not allow pets, I request proof sent of the animal being an ESA.BBQ grill you are welcome to use but must clean after use to avoid a $50 cleaning charge.
Getting Around:
Less than one half mile walk (7 minutes) to public transportation options (bus) to downtown Salt Lake City. It is a 10 minute drive to the commuter train station to travel either north (i.e. - Ogden) or south (i.e. - Salt Lake City or Provo).
