MAIN LIVING AREA: Enter this private home into the open living space that has 3 huge sliders overlooking the pool from all areas. Features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and built in microwave), large island with bar and seating for 3. Dining room with seating for 8. Large living room with sleeper sofa.
MASTER: Huge, bright master bedroom with private bath features double vanities, granite countertops and oversized floor to ceiling tiled shower. Sliders lead to the pool and outdoor entertainment area.
2ND BEDROOM: King bedroom with direct access into 2nd bathroom that has double vanities, granite countertops, deep tub/shower combo with floor to ceiling tile.
2ND BATHROOM: Hall bath features double vanities, granite countertops, deep tub/shower combo with floor to ceiling tile.
3RD BEDROOM: King bedroom shares Jack and Jill bathroom with 4th bedroom.
3RD BATHROOM: Jack and Jill bath shared by 3rd and 4th bedroom, features single vanity and walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile.
4TH BEDROOM: King bedroom shares Jack and Jill bathroom with 3rd bedroom.

HEATED POOL: Optional at $25/day. Pool will be 84 degrees upon your arrival for enjoying in the cooler months. Please note this is NOT a hot tub - 84 does not feel like a warm bath or hot tub. If it is warm outside, the pool feels cool. If it is cold outside, the pump does it's best to keep it at 84 degrees but, depending on the temperature differential, it may drop below 84. Remember this is a HUGE pool.

Summary: We stayed in this lovely home for my daughter’s graduation at FIT. We booked a total of 3 nights. We had 9 of us staying in the home and 3 visiting guests from the area for dinners/meals. The home provides comfort for 15 people easily. 3 full bathrooms and well stocked kitchen and amenities. The pool is huge. The hosts are responsive and check in was flawless. Would highly recommend staying if you have a bigger family

Summary: The house was nicely renovated.  The day of our arrival we were informed that the pool heater was not working but we were provided with a refund and an option to use an adjacent house's pool.  The kitchen was nice with modern appliances and utensils.  Do bring your own ice which we did not mind.  HVAC (cold) and hot water all worked well. The house did have a musty odor and some bugs in the bathtubs upon arrival. The lack of a fourth bathroom (we had 5 adults staying with 3 teenagers) and also going through the master bedroom to get to the teenager's room (old garage) was a bit of an issue. With that said we would recommend the house and stay there again.

Summary: Plenty of room for the whole family. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone has plenty of space. The pool was the highlight of the trip. Lots of hours spent swimming. Easy to get to the beach if you want. Plenty of places to shop and dine in the area. We had a great time.

Summary: This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house was clean! the pool was HUGE! we all enjoyed it! The ice maker being broken was slightly inconvenient! I picked out the house because the bonus room was perfect for 3 boys we had. I do wish it was described as being connect to the Master Bedroom. Having 3 boys in and out of the master was disruptive. But overall, The house was perfect for us! I would highly recommend it!
