This is a 3500 sq ft. Home with gorgeous and unobstructed views of Lake Powell. It is located 5 minutes from Lone Rock beach at Lake Powell and 10 minutes from Wahweap or Stateline Marinas. This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms. There are 2 kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. Likewise, two living room areas, upstairs and downstairs. Both kitchens and living rooms and all master suites have clear and stunning views of Lake Powell and the cliffs of the Kaiparowitz Plateau. there are also two other bedrooms. This huge home sleeps 11. There are 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 bunk (1 Full, 1 Twin). Again, there are two separate kitchens. Only the upstairs kitchen has a range and stovetop and dishwasher. Both have stainless steel refrigerators. All stainless appliances.
The back deck is 60 ft long with a gorgeous and huge grill. There is a section that is completely covered and an outdoor table that seats 4. The pictures speak for themselves.
Also, there WiFi throughout the home.
Greenehaven is a beautiful custom home community just 9 miles Northwest of Page, AZ.. It has the very popular Lake Powell Mart. It is the store all those at Lone Rock Beach use. This custom home was built in 2005 and is a Santa Fe Style. It has 10 FT ceilings upstairs and 9 Ft ceilings downstairs. The deck is wonderfully secluded with no neighbors to the right or left. You won't find a better (without obstruction) view of the lake or a more secluded custom home.
PLEASE SEE MAP So that you can get a picture of this PRISTINE view. Again, there are *no* houses between you and Lake Powell. You can walk to the Lake in 45 min across beautiful sage desert. There is *total* privacy on the deck. Also, for your safety there are motion security cameras for the driveway, front porch, upstairs deck and downstairs patio.
***Our community has strict policies regarding no parking on the street or anywhere other than the driveway and absolutely no driving or trespassing on any other properties than the VRBO listing, and this includes no using driveways of other Greenehaven residents to make U-Turns, adjust trailers, etc. These rules are non-negotiable and include boats and trailers. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced. This is a superb, quiet, and high end community and respect for neighbors takes precedence above all else. We love our community and we respect both our guests and neighbors. We are happy to host you, but we also want you to join us in the protection of and respect for the lovely Greenehaven community. There may be other communities which are less strict, but the quality of your stay will be compromised.

Summary: This, vrbo was as expected and advertised. The host was very good to respond to a difficulty outside of his direct responsibility. Power failure. Good visit.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our adult family of 8 and 1 year old granddaughter. We had to block the stairs to keep her contained, but that wasn't an issue for us as we do the same at home. There were enough rooms and beds to allow each person or couple their own space with room for a few more. There is a huge game room downstairs with a desk (perfect for editing videos), couches to sit on, ping pong, and air hockey. The door at the end of the stairs contained the noise of nightly tournaments so we never heard them upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked. Several dishes, utensils, and appliances. There were spices, oils, and other items available as well. The grill is "a monster" with room to hold a lot of food. They also have extra linens for the beds and baths. The view! The lake, mountains, stars, milky way, sunrises, sunsets, & yapping of coyotes can all be seen or heard from the back decks. Having the wide open space out back to explore without navigating around other homes was a plus for our adventurous bunch. We hiked the nearby canyon to the lake and wished we had taken chairs so we could sit & enjoy the beach once we got there. George and his son, Truman. They are attentive and aim to please. We had a small, unforeseen issue and they got right on it. We left feeling as if we had made new friends. Thanks again for taking care of my family; even when you had family to care for yourself. Hope to see you in the next year or two.

Summary: Large, long driveway accommodated all our vehicles and boat trailer with no problem. Multiple living spaces gave us plenty of room to stretch out. Kids loved the ping pong table. Beautiful location with breathtaking sunsets and star gazing.

Summary: This is our 2nd time staying at this property, and we still had just as great of an experience as the 1st. The AC works well, and the bedrooms all have fans and clean sheets. The only thing I would suggest to George is darker curtains in the bedroom- the bring sun comes shining right in before 7am (fine for us because we wanted to get to the lake, but may not be so nice for others trying to sleep in). This house is very spacious- with a kitchen upstairs & down stairs & is just a few minutes from the Wahweap launch ramp. The view from the house is beautiful & we loved watching the thunderstorms over the lake from our porch in the evening. Great place that we plan to return to with our large extended family!

Summary: We decided to come out for July 4th weekend to lake Powell there was 12 of us staying at the home. We got there and the home was very hot as host does not want ac less then 78 in home which for us was very hot we usually keep our ac at 72. Secondly we got into our rooms and beds had dirt and bugs in them. Spiders and small little bugs as well. We told host he said I’ll refund cleaning fee. That was before my friend got very sick after being bitten by the bugs they had to leave early. I have a 2 month old baby boy and I didn’t want to risk him getting bitten or sick either. There was dog poop on the patio. Not cleaned the home was very dusty not well cleaned or taken care of. It was definitely not well. We ended up leaving as he told us to leave asap and he’d refund 2 nights and did not and made a bunch of excuses and told us he’s out 1,000 really when we paid for 2 nights that he did not have us use. Very bad host and would never stay again or recommend anyone as well.
