This stunning house is newly built, completed in 2020, with all the space you need, rooms with a view and a location that’s close to the beach, the park, the marina, shopping and entertainment. There’s everything you need for you and your family to create lasting memories.

The main area is bright, spacious and comfortable with a gas fireplace and lots of natural light. Have a seat and take in the ambience and panoramic view of the Pine River Channel and Lake Michigan. For the techsters who can’t let go, “Alexa” is always at your service. After a long day of strenuous vacationing, get a sound sleep on new memory foam mattresses in the three bedrooms (also with “Alexa”) that fit 10 comfortably in beds. There are three full baths, no waiting. The energy efficient central air and furnace ensure the perfect temperature inside regardless of the weather outside.
Cooking with gas
Like a home-cooked meal? Go to it in the modern kitchen with gas range, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Or just fire up the natural gas grill on the patio. No need to fiddle with heavy propane tanks or messy charcoal. Enjoy a burger, salad or beverages on the private patio. There’s even an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach or a morning run. Handling laundry during your stay will be both easy and convenient. The full-size front-loading washer and dryer are located on the second floor.

It’s just a 10-minute jaunt to Charlevoix’s business district. You’ll find unique boutiques, casual and fine dining, pubs, gourmet food and wine shops, craft beers, live music, concerts, comedy, tours and more.

Summary: Great stay! Super clean and very beautiful. Owner was prompt in communicating with us when we had an issue with the bathroom but everything else was great :)

Summary: Overall we loved it but there were some down sides, especially for us since we were all over 77. We knew there were stairs but these were steep and short in depth. Fine for the young but not us. Since it was warm, fans would have been appreciated. The chairs to the table were uncomfortable to try and do a puzzle or even eat since there were no backs and they were tall. I knew there was probably something between the house and the water since no view was pictured. Indeed, a parking lot. But due to time of year it was mostly empty and was not a distraction. We had never seen that type of keypad before so more instructions would have been helpful. Now the great: the location was fantastic, the porch was so neat to sit on and watch the boats go by, we had a buck and a doe join us on several days, it was quiet and very relaxing. Also a nice neighbor. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Summary: We had a big group for a wedding in Charlevoix and this place made the experience extra special. From the location to the quality of the house it gave us a great family memory. We don't travel a lot and Tim made the process very easy. I would definitely go back there again.

Summary: This house is perfect for a vacation getaway. There is plenty of space and has everything you need. It’s clean and newly updated and furnished. The location makes it especially nice just steps from the beach and a short walk to town. We loved sitting on the front deck watching the boats go by on the channel. Our host was great and quickly responded to any questions.
