Kingsmill on the James River is a lovely oasis, a tree and Audubon bird sanctuary, with miles of trails, private beaches with huge shells and treasured historic sites including Burwells Bluff, the first English settlement, all within walking distance... walk to beautiful spa for pampering, or cook up a meal in the condo's fully stocked kitchen and dine on one of the outdoor terraces.....Not a resort condotel, this condo offers the comforts of home with books, movies, many streaming apps, games, artistic coloring books, seasonal decorations....and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking large meals including condiments. Try golfing at the gorgeous award-winning Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, or go fishing at Macaulay Pond, or walk to dock for beautiful sunrises and sunsets, shower and restroom available at the marina beach. Summary: We had an awesome college reunion and the condo was perfect. It has plenty of space and is right near the water. As a bonus there is a breakfast and lunch place in the club within easy walking distance

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Kingsmill. The property manager was very responsive, the condo was so clean, and it was in a nice quiet area. We would definitely come back and stay with every visit to Williamsburg!!

Summary: I enjoyed the house. My family and I stayed for a week. Very clean. Neighborhood very quiet. Great location to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. The owner Gayle was very helpful and friendly. Gayle provided everything. If you forgot something, don’t worry, Gayle has it at the condo for you. She even went out of her way to mail back a jacket I left. Fantastic place. Will rent again.
