Summary: The house is big and clear, with enough space to feel comfortable. It is located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Unfortunately The cleaning was not good, especially of the kitchen area and ground level. the owner should pay attention to this because the house itself has a lot of potential.

Summary: The house, pool, and canal were all wonderful. My son caught his first fish and crabs which were delicious. Boca Grande was our beach of choice and it was a nice drive and $6 to access the island. I would recommend this place to everyone.
