Summary: This small motel is fine for an overnight stop. There was no staff to greet us upon arrival but a note and a number to call. The gentleman was pleasant and I asked if he received my message that we had dogs, and he asked if I saw the other sign that said there was a dog fee of THIRTY dollars a night per pet. The Hotels.com ad said it was an eighteen dollar fee. He asked me if it was ok, and I said well it has to be doesn't it because we are in the middle of nowhere at 8:30 at night and we chose the place specifically to go to Devils Tower in the morning, so yes, I will pay it. I was not happy. Other than that, the motel is fine, the beds are fine, the air conditioning is not the best and has more bright lights than a UFO. We slept, we left, it worked.

Summary: This was better than anticipated for what is listed as a one star hotel. Checked in with my dad and my dog. Rooms were clean, check in was easy. There was a nice lawn abutting the river in the back. I would stay here again if passing through town.
