Positive: Quite and small hotel with amazing 5* - level service. Helpful and joyful managers "swiss army knife" - like helped with everything: early check-in, breakfast on personal balcony space, tours advises, Internet availability and many more simple questions which were always resolved in favor of the guests. The special hotel feature is flexible breakfast time. You are always asked what is a better time to start the meal. Quite place to hide away from Kandy city bustle and good to reach all the nearest sightseeing.

Positive: Beautiful spacious room and bathroom.

Negative: Location is quite a drive from Kandy (45 min) and there are no restaurants or cafes around the hotel. It is peaceful and quiet though if you are looking for that! (Small mishap due to English, I ordered a vegetable kottu and received a chicken dish)

Summary: Good stay for two nights, peaceful quiet surroundings, we hopedto be a bit closer to Kandy.

Positive: A little far from Kandy, but the lake views are wonderful. The room is very nice and comfortable. The excellent service is a highlight. Having breakfast or dinner on the terrace is a highly recommended experience.
