Negative: Way too hot. Fans were terrible. Not enough pillows. Not enough towels. Noisy with parties all night across the street in warehouse. Location seemed sketchy with homeless close by.

Positive: The apartments were clean and large ,could have had more pillows as we all use 2 ,there were loads of books and board games but unfortunately none in English so that was a bit disappointing,we missed not having hand soap when we arrived as it doesn’t cost a lot and when you have just traveled and need the loo you do expect there to be soap ,unfortunately there was a few dirty marks on one bed sheet , one of the loos had a dirty mark on it and it would not come off

Positive: The place was surprisingly spacious with a huge open living room, very modern and well equipped. Communication with the host through booking DMs was quick and clear. We got a pretty good deal considering the prices in Ghent. You had to go through their own online platform in order to fully make the reservation, which was slightly annoying, but it felt well-organized and added some benefits like not needing to meet with the host in person.
Negative: None of the bathrooms in the house had any form of soap shich felt weird, as other kitchen and bathroom products were present. They charge you a separate tax of €30 for bed linen and towels, and some of our towels had staints on them which was unfortunate, but for the rest the place was rather clean.

Positive: Very spacious, clean and new apartment. Perfect for 2 couples as you both have your own bathroom and toilet. Nice terrace where you can hang out and nice living room and kitchen. Easy check-in and check-out with keyboxes.
Negative: Unfortunately, there is no airconditioning in this apartment and it was fairly hot when we were staying there. The bedrooms were very hot at night so I would reccomend using the ventilators. Also you have to pay extra for linnen and towels. There were no soap dispensers (there was one that was empty) and no towels in the kitchen or toilets to dry off your hands. Considering the price of this apartment I think that that should have been included. I sent a message asking how much a late check-out would cost (as normal check-out time is 10:00) but unfortunately I didn’t get a response.

Positive: Light, roomy apartment. Good fixtures and appliances. Nearby bus stops to quickly get to main tourist area. Easy check in process.
Negative: The management company spoiled this booking. They up sell wherever possible. Linen costs extra, making the beds costs extra, early check in costs extra. Even after completing the online check in I received regular reminders to complete on line check in. When I questioned this they said, you've already done it so just ignore the reminders. We asked for instructions to manage the heating. All we got was generic instructions about heating systems, none of which applied to the apartment we were in. I asked if the apartment had underfloor heating. No response. The starter pack of essentials had 2 dishwasher tablets for a 5 night stay, a bit stingy but they did warn us that they only provided a starter pack. I asked if we could have more coat hangers as 3 coat hangers was not enough for 4 people!? The response was that the coat hangers were included in the starter pack! Laughable. They are quick to respond but won't actually do anything to help you. Never again!
