Positive: Perfect location next to a great family beach on the lake (the hottest lake in Europe we were told!). Great facilities including 2 pools and loads of kids activities.

Negative: Cleaning fee was a surprise but you can avoid paying this if you clean yourself.

Positive: Beautiful location, chalet was clean and spacious and generally well equipped. Great beach for the lake and clean pools. Nice option to be able to order fresh bread and pastries daily and a well-equipped supermarket less than 10 mins away.

Negative: I thought it very strange that you had to ‘rent’ bed linen and towels. I’ve never come across this before, anywhere and it seemed penny-pinching. A little pack of very basic things for the kitchen like salt and pepper and cooking oil would have been helpful. And a chopping board.
