Positive: Staff was lovely Suggest to train new staff properly before exposing them to guests as the one new staff member for each question given went and asked a colleague Great location Loved the terasse and the bar/lounge area Great idea with the game room

Negative: Breakfast room is very noisy Pool area is crowded with loud children and the time for when children should leave the pool is not respected Having noisy children everywhere (spa, pool, bar area, breakfast area) is the main and only reason I will not come back. One expects a peaceful stay when booking a spa hotel and with massive amount of children everywhere its impossible. Parents / children then also used the parking area for the children's electric cars which creates massive noise for the rooms that has their balcony towards the parking area as the hard plastic wheels on the concrete makes a loud noise combined with the little car engine Our room was 144 meaning you have to take the staff elevators to get to the room from the reception and each time we came down to the kitchen!! and that elevators smells of food!!

Positive: The rooms were really cosy and comfortable with great beds, coffee machine, lots of storage, multiple language channels. We used the banquette seating as a bed for my 4 year old and room was actually ok for a family of 4 even for 20m2. Breakfast was varied and the restaurant was decent. The play rooms (esp for older kids) were extensive! including option for supervised play. Pool and sauna were decent but not the most amazing I've visited.

Negative: Huus was much bigger than I expected (not necessarily a bad thing but I was expecting more 'boutiquey'. I was sold on the pictures of the cosy 'lounge' but it was blaring instense music (mostly house) from the moment we arrived and all hours of the day. I think this is fine for a certain time of day but what's wrong with a bit of jazz, soul, accoustic, country- especially on a sunday morning, it was too much. There was a very large event taking place while we were there taking over the hotel- it meant the lounge was a few times off limits and during our dinner it was really noisy as there was a huge party taking place (and no doors between lounge and restaurant.). I think its a courtesy to inform your other guests this will be happening in advance and perhaps offer them something small for the inconvenience. Small details to be improved - breakfast hot food was pretty cold, -provide a kettle in the rooms and tea, -minibar was empty-why? Surely an opportunity to upsell, as parents of small kids stuck in the room from 8pm a bit of mini bottle of wine would have been nice. -No room service option. -Room design had some odd choices- separate toilet next to the bathroom which already had one- surely could have made the bathroom bigger and included a bath? So many drawers and cupboards- not sure what for? No hooks in the hallway, only in the middle of the room, made it annoying for coats etc. Banquette seating looks cool but what is it for? There is no room service, no kitchenette etc so not for dining. This would have given some space for a convertible sofa to make it a family room (maybe there are family rooms already..) The hotel is quite far from everything- perhaps the shop which just sells coffee table books and fancy hiking gear could also offer practical items the host may have forgotten.

Positive: Really beautiful chalet vibes - well designed with a clean interior. The staff were very helpful and made it feel like home. The food was great in the upstairs restaurant and lounge. Amazing DJ - deep house vibes - please never change your DJ! Also it was very convenient for Skiing as they had a Ski Shop to rent equipment from.

Negative: Swimming Pool is dated and spa was abit busy. But overall good.
