Summary: They do have a outdoor siting for residents first come first served, with two huge gas grill that is for residents use

Summary: Had very little communication with property manager/owner, had to contact VRBO for help getting info to gain entrance. I was told the spouse wouls also contact me with further info , that never happened. There was no instructions for check out , wifi info or any info at all in the properties , which is a bit unusual, so we just went with a normal check out procedure we have done on prior stays at other locations an yes took photos... i also highly suggest not using the word password as a log in password for wifi..... not very safe or secure for guests. Oh some simple maintenance such as light bulbs in the main lighting needs to be done. Other than that, neighborhood was quiet, and all in all the stay was good.
