BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The house features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which have queen size beds and the third has a twin daybed with a trundle. One bathroom is located off the hall between the bedrooms with a tub shower and a door that connects to one of the queen bedrooms. Another bathroom with a shower is located off the kitchen, while the third is located in the basement with a tile shower.
KITCHEN/DINING: The fully equipped kitchen features an island with two bar stools, bar cart, and coffee bar, and is open to the dining area that comfortably seats six guests.
LIVING ROOM: Step down from the dining area into the cozy living room, complete with a large sofa, comfortable reading chair, and a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall for your entertainment. Summary: Great location for us to drop son off at MSU and visit Hyalite and Yellowstone. Lots of room with flexible sleeping arrangements. Three bedrooms on main floor with extra beds in the basement along with ping pong and pool table. Was hot first day but house now has an AC unit for the main great room. Deer visited yard in the evening. House could be a little more updated but worked fine for us. We plan to return.

Summary: I didn’t stay at the house, I booked it for my husband, a friend of his, and two of our adult kids for a fishing trip. They said the house was just as the listing described, very comfortable, and a great location both for fishing and for heading into downtown Bozeman for dinners. Normally I’d be a little more specific in a review, but since I wasn’t there, that’s all I was provided with. No complaints on what I picked though, so that’s always a plus. :)

Summary: Property was fantastic and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed playing in the huge yard. To make this a 5 out of 5 we would have liked to have seen a more thorough cleaning in the primary bathroom. We would stay here again.

Summary: Great time with family, including MSU graduating son. Spent days hiking, playing ultimate frisbee etc and evenings cooking together, playing cards, pool and ping pong. Beautiful views 😊

Summary: We stayed here with our adult kids, so 5 of us in total. We had plenty of room, and used the basement (ping pong), and back yard every evening. The house was clean, and just as described in the listing. We cooked dinner every night, and had everything we needed, weather we used the oven or BBQ. My only “complaint “ would be that the house is located on a busy road, and the road noise could get loud for me, but, I also don’t have any road noise at my house, so I may just be extra sensitive to it. It definitely wasn’t bad enough to stop me from booking this house again. I would totally recommend this house!

Summary: What you see is what you get. The open floor plan is key in this home, especially for our party of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone. They backyard and deck are awesome and the views are ridiculous!

Summary: This is a very clean and tidy house with comfortable surroundings. It is in a convenient location with easy short access to Bozeman, Gallatin River and Hyalite area. The home is well equipped with everything necessary to enjoy several days in Montana. My small complaint was that the house was very warm at night, (no air conditioning) but the nights were unusually warm for Montana. The bed coverings were definitely for winter use, as there were no light-weight covers except the sheets. The night breeze was nice, but my biggest complaint was the lawn sprinkler system. With the windows open, it kept me awake every night!
