Positive: Check in was super easy and front desk staff were polite, and helpful. Answered all my questions, and provided information about the property.
Negative: I ate at the bar, and food was super slow to arrive. The bartender did keep me in the loop that the kitchen was dealing with a major order that was ahead of mine.
Summary: Simply fantastic! This will be my go-to spot in Montreal.

Positive: Very good location, modern amenities and attentive staff.
Negative: A little confusing with the address. GPS took us to the sub level parking and not to the main entrance.
Summary: Nicely designed, clean and convenient to Old Montreal attractions.

Positive: The hotel was very clean. They provided robes but no slippers and the attendant had them on the cart. They should have been provided since there was no carpet on the floor (which I prefer).
Negative: No gift shop, no spa and no real concierge. The closet was the size of a shoe box. We had to have them bring up a rack with wheels to hang our clothes.
Summary: Great staff but the devil is in the detail and that is on the hotel.

Positive: The location was very good and quiet. The beds were comfortable and I like the walk-in shower. Breakfast was fine but other cafes in the area had more opitons.
Negative: This was a very large hotel and there were several weddings during our stay. For such a very large hotel, there were only two elevators! They were often crowded and there were long waits. There were stairs, but when you reached the floor you were trying to get to, the access door was locked, thus the elevators were the only option to reach your floor. While the rooms were quiet, if you had a room with a connecting door, there is no soundproofing at the door, and if the people in that room were loud, you could hear everything. Would recommend asking to be placed in a room without an adjoining door.
Summary: Overall, a very good hotel, but a couple of things to be aware of.

Positive: Rooms are spacious and very close to Old Montreal. One of the very few hotels that have a harder mattress which is much better suited for the elderly.
Negative: Some of the rooms are very far from the elevators. Better design would have resolved this issue.

Positive: Very fast & professional check in at the front desk. Amazing views from the rooftop complete with a Friday night dj. The cleaning service was phenomenal. Loved the room size and shower pressure. ALL the staff were kind and professional. The location was perfect.
Negative: The pillows were oddly flat... perhaps a personal preference.
