Summary: We were there in offseason, not ski season and before summer started so hotel was extremely empty, which was great. Staff was great, there was a concierge helping plan your day if needed. Pool, hot tub, workout room was all so nice. Room was adequate, clean and roomy. Only 2 miles from heart of park city and down the street from Olympic park and lots of restaurant chains if that’s what your seeking.

Summary: Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. Most of the staff was very friendly. Some of the registration male staff were miserable so we always went to the women at desk who had a lovely smile on their faces. The hotel needs some overhaul as our water shower needed help and was taken care of for us during our stay. Maintenance was there for an entire day.

Summary: Hotel location is great--but not worth the value of what you're paying. Restaurant for breakfast food was very good. Front desk information was scattered at best, but sometimes was just simply incorrect---particuarly as it relates to information on ski slope parking and amenities. The hotel offers NO shuttle transportation over to the Park City ski base.

Summary: We were staying in a Large 1 bedroom which had a full kitchen. The room was large and comfortable and the staff offered to make up our hide-a-bed. Our daughter was sick one day and they brought up everything we needed that we hadn't gotten from missing the room service. Staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We were hoping to cook and eat multiple meals here but the kitchen was sadly appointed and missing many standard items. They had exactly 4 glasses and 4 coffee mugs, 4 plates, 4 bowls, etc, so had to run the dishwasher or hand wash everything after every meal. There were no large mixing bowls for making something like pancakes or a salad. Kitchen was run down- DW door was barely hanging on & kitchen faucet was falling apart. Beds were comfortable and the large hot tubs were great after a day of skiing. The check-in could have been smoother and more information given about where to store skis and access to resort, etc upon arrival.

Summary: The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and in good shape. There are many lounging areas in and out of the hotel. They had more than one hot tub for guests so helps with the crowd. Not many options for breakfast but it was good. The shuttle provided for downtown was convenient. Many walkable options for food and drinks and they had many holiday activities in the hotel for guests. I would definitely stay here again.
