Positive: The light setting in the bathroom is very user friendly and environmentally friendly. The pantry section is also well-equipped with sufficient cooking utensils and microwave. The air conditioning was also spot on! Staffs were nice and patient. Free laundry!!
Negative: Open Pantry causes the room to smell, maybe requires more air ventilations for the pantry.
Summary: Great for short or long travels. Evanston Hyatt House made my day!

Positive: The manager on staff at arrival, Patrick, was the same manager Id spoken with about adjusting my booking the day before. He was absolutely the best help before we’d even arrived! He was such a big help and all around one of the greatest people to have at the face of the company. The next morning of our stay I also had a great help with breakfast accommodations for my little people. The staff here is great!
Negative: There was nothing to dislike about the property.
Summary: Our stay here was very comfortable and tranquil.

Positive: Room was comfortable. Nice couch area next to the kitchen area. Shower was huge, bed was comfortable. We were on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of the Chicago skyline. Breakfast was fantastic, best free hotel breakfast we've ever had! So many shops and restaurants all around the area and train was about 3 blocks away.
Negative: Shower gel dispenser was empty.
Summary: Great place to stay in Evanston!

Positive: Big room with a small kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, train and subway (purple line goes to center "loop" in rush hours) in walking distance. Beach, park and good restaurants near.
Negative: I would appreciate a wider selection of fruits and vegetables in breakfast.
