Positive: Good location - close to outlet and a lot of food options. We were upgraded from a king room to a king studio which was a good size and had a kitchenette. Bed was comfy and bathroom was big. The included breakfast buffet had a good selection including a machine for espresso drinks .
Negative: It's a bit far from most attractions except the outlet and Assiniboine Park.

Positive: Studio suite was extremely nice. Kitchen stocked with everything you need if you want to cook in the room. Lots of space particularly for small families.
Negative: Tried to have lunch at the hotel restaurant at 1 pm. Took 30 minutes for a server to come to take our order. Almost 2 hours later we were still waiting to get our food. The place was empty. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Finally decided to get up and leave. Not impressed with the restaurant service.

Negative: The fridge in our room is dirty still have some water and milk leaks and a loaf bag clip so we didn’t use it. The Hot tub was close for maintenance.
