Negative: I'm extremely disappointed with my recent booking experience. When I booked my room, I wasn't informed about the pet fee, which was only mentioned at check-in. This lack of transparency was frustrating and unexpected. I tried contacting your support team, but they weren't able to offer any assistance or waive the fee. Due to this experience, I won't be using Booking.com again. I hope you can improve your booking process to include clear information about additional fees upfront.

Positive: We had to leave at 6.00am for the airport We asked people who work there if is possible to grab at least a bagel with cream cheese before 6.00am. The time was 5.55am. And they answered no because it is open at 6.00am.
Negative: They were stains on the couch and the carpet at the room.

Negative: Bathroom layout, sink no privacy, commode too close to door you have to move left then right to close the door. Cable TV remote operation confusing. No sign left when attendant was away from front desk. Didn't realize no carpet while booking.
