Summary: Our stay was great. The only issue i have is that my cost based on the app should have been $271 but they charged me $283. Ive never had a hotel charge me different tgen what your app said.

Summary: Room was very clean, check in staff was friendly and fast. The pool key fob didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk each time for them to let us in. Pool temp could have been a little warmer. Overall, very pleased with the stay.

Summary: The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for parking when it should be free of charge.

Summary: Stay was great, but cleaning knocked on our room to clean 2 hours before we had to check out . we felt rushed to check out before we were due to check out. Also only had one bath towel for two people.

Summary: Great location in Historic Bethlehem. Beautiful and spacious room. Very nice staff. However, we were awakened at 2:30 a.m. by a loud, raucous group who slammed the room door beside us and proceeded to yell and carry on for at least an hour. We tried calling the front desk, but the phone just rang out, never getting an answer. It made for quite a miserable night. carry on so loudly that we could not sleep. This wdn

Summary: Staff was nice. Room felt clean. Liked the soaps and hair products. Only thing i noticed that needed fixing was the tile in our bathroom was cracked and needed to be fixed. It was uncomfortable to have to step into the shower to turn it on. . But enjoyed the siting area alot it was comfortable.
