Negative: I had an issue with the limited amount of parking. I also had an issue with my room not being fully clean. The sofa was stained and the shower still had hair in it

Positive: Great to have a pool. One of the reasons we picked this over other places.
Negative: We stayed for 9 nights and struggled to get our room serviced. We were not told we needed to ask to have it serviced. Once we did ask it took multiple requests to get it done. Our towels were not replaced without multiple requests. Family of four and only ever received 3 towels despite asking repeatedly. The room was very run down. The carpet stained and thilthy. Never any towels for the pool. Also had to ask for those. Told we would be joined to Hyatt club and receive bottled water etc etc. Never saw any of that. Sent multiple messages leading up to our booking with no replies. Completely uninterested front counter staff. I've stayed at other Hyatt Place locations because of the room sizes available. This was by far the worst service and worst condition. Price was definitely jacked up as we were staying there for an event.
Summary: Probably stay somewhere else!

Negative: I checked out one day early and still got charged for both days because I booked 3rd party and when I went on booking.com to change dates the property never got back to me. My air wasn’t working in my room so it was not comfortable to sleep.
