Summary: We enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very large with a pull out couch in them. The bed was comfortable, the pillows slightly too soft. The bathroom was well laid out and had the needed amenities. Breakfast was a typical continental spread. Parking was in a garage next door and very easy. There were several restaurants in walking distance.

Summary: The area was very nice. Couldn't get food from the restaurant ,nobody to cook at 9:00 PM. No newspaper as stated as free. You don't keep your promises, why pay for them

Summary: The staff was very friendly and professional. Complimentary breakfast was served which extremely convenient for individuals who are in a hurry. Facilities were clean. I would stay there again if ever in Columbus, Ohio.

Summary: We stayed at the OSU Hyatt for the CountryFest. It was a great location with complimentary shuttle for the event. Initially we were told they only drop off but our driver offered pickup if we were able to arrive at the drop off by a specific time. We missed that window by 25 mins and he still agreed to pick us up. Beds were comfortable but queens. We are used to a king so we had some challenges, but overall, great hotel. We would stay again.

Summary: The staff was wonderful. Had some issues that were NOT the hotels fault and they assisted with resolving it. Definitely would stay there again

Summary: When arriving we were told that we would have a queen size bed as opposed to the king that we had booked 2 months ago. After a discussion we were able to have a king bed. The heating and cooling did not work well. The bed was lumpy and incredibly uncomfortable. There was no hand held spray for the shower, requiring a women to have to get hair wet if one wanted to take a shower. There was only one sink.
