Positive: The staff was so personal yet professional. Each one made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay there rememberable. The day we checked in Danni handle our checking in. She was so pleasant and had a sunny personality. I knew right then and there we were going to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was above the normal breakfast normally provided at most hotel. It was always made fresh and very tasty. There was plenty of breakfast food to choose from so I am pretty sure everyone found something that met their need for breakfast. Thank you to all your staff for helping make our trip back home one for our Memory Lane. I definitely would recommend your hotel to anyone coming to Columbus and looking for a safe and clean place to stay. Also, the location was a plus. Easy to come and go and to find some places to eat and entertainment near by.
Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like. Well, maybe one, I would have like to have a small microwave in the room. But there was one provided on the ground floor.
