Summary: Overall it was excellent. The breakfast selection was excellent! Only negative was no shade in pool area. No umbrellas. Otherwise, excellent accommodations, and recommend for families. Many dining options very close by. Great proximity for the zoo as well.

Summary: The staff was wonderful. They accommodated our every need. The bathroom was small and would be difficult for a wheelchair guest. Breakfast was very nice—they had fresh fruit every morning. Pancakes, potatoes and sausage were made freshly as needed. There were condiments and tortillas available so that you could make breakfast tortillas if you desired. Best of all, there were real dishes, cups and silverware! We would stay here again.

Summary: Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean, and a good value for the amount of space. I do not care for the additional credit card hold many hotels are doing these days. That should be better stated during the initial booking. They offered a full breakfast with many options. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
