Summary: Check in was a problem due to the app bot but the staff adjusted as much as they could. They were friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable.

Summary: Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice, clean room with good amenities. No lotion (you don't realize you miss it until you stay somewhere that doesn't have it). And the sink handle was loose as well as the toilet paper holder. I'll be back!

Summary: The staff was friendly/pleasant. They always greeted you when you passed by. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was as good as any that I have had at a motel. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Summary: Hotel employees were very kind and courteous. As soon as checking in with our extra kiddos asked if we needed any additional items and provided more towels. After settling in, we realized we needed a couple of more blankets and pillows and they again were more than happy to help. Breakfast was very good. You wont find any soupy eggs at this hotel.
