Summary: The room was okayโ€”slightly outdatedโ€”but it was clean and everything in the room worked properly. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast was terrible. On Tuesday, the hot breakfast consisted of a pot of waffles, bacon bites, and cold Canadian bacon. On Wednesday, the biscuits and waffles were hard. I've stayed at several other Hyatts, and this was by far the worst breakfast experience. To make matters worse, on Thursday, breakfast wasnโ€™t even put out on time due to staff callouts.

Summary: The stay was good. Itโ€™s the lighting in the hallways. Itโ€™s dark during the day and night. There is light but walking down a dark hallway is scary. The room was nice and cool! Iโ€™d stay again!

Summary: Comfortable clean hotel. Excellent location. I have stayed here 3 times now when traveling to Gilbert for medical reasons. Far enough away from the hospital to not feel like a "medical trip" yet quick easy drive to MD Anderson.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. However, the food being served at breakfast did not seem appealing nor was it very clean. My family and I decided to dine out for breakfast. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.
