Positive: One of the cleanest hotels stayed at! Love that they allow dogs and the breakfast was very good. Our room was very large with a lovely sitting area and the beds were comfortable.

Positive: The property was new, although it is showing signs of rapid aging already. The hotel room itself was fine and the shower was good. All of the staff were kind and friendly, and they had enough space to accommodate our large group. They had a business center/computer that was very helpful to use in a pinch. I want to make clear that the issues of the hotel are not linked to the hotel nor its management; rather the design and engineering of the building. The staff clearly did the best job that they could’ve and I commend the hotel team for their efforts to foster positive guest experiences.
Negative: The hotel has no hot tub or Netflix on the TVs. Breakfast was lackluster and did not taste very good. Our large group confirmed that they would open breakfast half an hour earlier since we had early morning commitments, but staff told a member of our group (they were unaware they were part of the group) not to worry because “they would only put out the bad options early” and “no hot food items” to leave the “real food” for the other hotel guests. The property was in a strange location and to get to any real restaurants or shops the only option was to drive 20 minutes to Madison. A lot of empty space plagued this hotel, and it felt like there were just areas that should have had seating but didn’t (see photos). A lot of signs were all around the hotel and it felt superfluous to have so many. They had an EV car charger but it was not functional. The hotel charges a high price for the experience: Otherwise fine.
