Summary: We were allowed to check in early which was very helpful. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Good happy hour, too!

Summary: Exterior in middle of remodel or repair, so workers walking outside your window during the day. Overpriced for area, and unlike the other hotels around you have to pay extra for parking, continental breakfast, etc. Main knocked at 8 AM on a Saturday to try and get me out of the room for the next guest (granted I didn't put up a do-not-distrub sign, but it was 8 AM on a Saturday!)

Summary: The hotel is currently under construction. The shuttle only stops at the west terminal of the airport which was not mentioned until we were on the shuttle. The shuttle also doesn’t run to the car rental area so u either Uber back to the hotel or from the car rental drop off, u take the rental car shuttle to the airport, then find the hotel shuttle to take u to the hotel.

Summary: Nice quiet secure hotel clean rooms excellent staff I would have given it a five but I gave with four because I had to pay for parking for a hotel I was staying at overall great choice for the airport

Summary: Rooms were really nice and spacious, staff was accommodating for a canceled flight. Would highly recommend this hotel although I did think the paid parking was weird, considering the fact that there were fields everywhere. Breakfast was amazing though.

Summary: The staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I was not made aware that the hotel was undergoing some extensive exterior work when I booked my room. Scaffolding surrounds the bldg permitting workers a close up view of the rooms through the windows. Also there was some protective fabric that extended from the roof, over the scaffolding, and down to the ground in all sides of the property that made a ton of noise in the wind. Luckily I was able to turn on white noise in my room at a pretty high volume to minimize the sound. While my room was clean and comfortable, but it smelled like a wet dog had stayed there previously. Very disappointing. I hope they get this sorted soon.

Summary: Extremely disappointed in my stay at Hyatt Place Pena Station. Course the brand specifically because I needed comfortable, clean place with no problems. Staff gave me very little info at check in. Only 1 soap to share between sink and shower, no body wash, outlets and lights not working, loud rattle from AC, coffee maker dusty. Told staff of my frustration at check out and she practically laughed at me.

Summary: Check in took over an hour because the staff prioritized a few vouchers from Delta and did t know how to navigate that. Kept everyone in one funnel despite having the ability to check in non voucher customers much faster. Shuttle buses drove like they were auditioning for F1 and one of the shuttles had an emergency window that wasn’t latched.
