Summary: It was a special stay for us, Marist graduation weekend 2025. Unfortunately, there was a mixup with our reservation. The fabulous front desk staff did not let us down, Kat, Julia & Tianna went above & beyond to “fix” the situation quickly! In addition, Jason, the hotel manager made sure we were super comfortable & had an enjoyable weekend with our son! Hotel was super clean, comfortable & breakfast was great! I would highly recommend this well run Hyatt!

Summary: Bed was uncomfortable - cooling system was banging and the front desk asked why I didn't tell them at 3 am after checking in at 11pm. I had already being moved to a quieter room once. Not sure that after being moved once and creating another situation at 3 am was the answer.

Summary: Went to breakfast on Saturday morning only to find there was no hot food out and the girl working made it clear she was the only one working and that’s why food was not coming out fast enough. Clearly understaffed that day which I get happens but it just wasn’t a good look for the hotel. Other than that everything else was fine no complaints.

Summary: Clean , newer property. All the amenities needed. I would rate it a 5 star if it wasn’t for one thing. The toilet wouldn’t flush and when we called downstairs and the girl at the desk said she had nobody to help. Period . No one called back . No one came to see what was happening . Luckily we went to bed and in the morning the toilet flushed . Still no inguiry if everything was ok. Strange . Hopefully if the toilet flooded the bathroom they would have given us a new room . A simple response like come down and get a plunger would have been acceptable .
