Summary: I tried checking in at 430. I told front desk i have a 6pm meeting. Room not ready was told to sit outside because of paint fumes. At that time i was the only guest there. I watch two couples check in before me. It was after 5 and I did not get king size bed because none was ready. I am 6'5 and I was placed in a room with a double, thats not what i paid for. I was late for my meeting. I was suppose to be there until Sunday. I checked out Saturday morning at 10:00am because of my frustration. I was not asked why was checking out early. Was not asked how was my stay. This was just a horrible experience. I was not reimbursed for the night I did not stay. I Would like a refund as that room was available for rental on Sunday.

Summary: The hotel staff were all professional and friendly and the room was clean. The hotel requires a $9.00 per day parking fee and the breakfast was less than adequate.

Summary: I was disappointed, they added a parking fee as a new policy after I booked which was a surprise plus changed the free breakfast schedule which resulted in guests not receiving the benefit,

Summary: I enjoyed my stay, the only thing was wrong was my room didn’t have a microwave and I thought I reserved the room with the microwave.

Summary: Our stayed at the Hyatt was great. The room was cleaned and constable. We were able to rest at night with no noise. Breakfast was awesome every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to stay at this hotel in iur next trip to Richmond.
